In previous versions, action items stayed inside your notes. They were captured, but not always easy to manage once your day got busy. With HiNotes 3.0, AI can now identify action items from your meetings and pull them into a centralized To-Do list automatically.
Supercharged To-Dos with AI Extraction and Smart Lists
AI-Powered Extraction automatically identifies action items from your meeting notes and pulls them into a centralized To-Do list. But we did not stop there — HiNotes also suggests priority levels and due dates based on the context of your meeting, so you spend less time triaging and more time executing.
The new list view lets you sort tasks by due date, priority, or status, so you can quickly see what is on your plate. Every task stays bidirectionally linked to the original note, so you can easily trace where it came from and revisit the full context when needed. And when you update or complete a task in your To-Do list, that change syncs back to the original note as well, no double entry, and less chance of something falling out of sync.
Whisper Note Aggregation: Turn Fragments into Full Notes
Whisper notes are perfect for capturing quick thoughts, voice memos, and on-the-go recordings. But until now, each Whisper lived as its own standalone transcription. If you recorded five quick notes throughout the day, you had five separate documents.
With Whisper Transcription Aggregation, you can now select multiple Whisper notes, arrange them in the order you prefer, and combine them into a single, cohesive document. HiNotes will summarize and structure the combined content automatically.
This is especially helpful if you capture ideas in short bursts throughout the day and want to turn them into a more polished recap, brief, or daily summary when you are ready.
Let Smart Labels handle more of the sorting
Keeping your notes and tasks organized is critical, but manually tagging everything is tedious. Smart Labels take that burden off your shoulders.
Smart Labels are designed to take more of that work off your plate. You create a label, add a short description of what belongs in it, and HiNotes will apply that label automatically to matching Whisper notes and To-Dos as they come in.
For example, you might create labels like Client feedback from enterprise accounts or Q2 launch follow-ups. Once those are set up, HiNotes can keep sorting matching content for you in the background. That means less manual tagging and a more consistent way to keep your work organized over time.
