Phone Call Recording (43.3%) and BNC (23.1%) are also valued highly, with a strong focus on improving audio quality for both virtual meetings and phone calls. This speaks to users' need for clear communication tools in their daily work.
USB Hub (24.5%) and Charging Capabilities (18.1%) contribute to the practicality of HiDock as an all-in-one solution, but they're secondary to the core value offered by meeting and call recordings.
The Earphone, Ethernet Port, and SD/MicroSD Reader were less frequently cited, suggesting these features are more niche or less essential to most users.

Most Frequent Users (4-5 days/week): 57.9% people use HiDock 4-5 days per week. This represents the majority of users, suggesting HiDock is deeply integrated into many users' regular workflow. These are likely power users who rely on HiDock as part of their daily work routine.
Regular Users (2-3 days/week): 22.9% people use HiDock 2-3 days per week. Combined with the most frequent users, this means 80.8% of all users engage with HiDock at least 2-3 times per week. This indicates strong product stickiness and user retention.
Occasional Users: Several days a month: 8.3% people. 1 day a week: 4.7% people. These occasional users represent 13% of the total user base. They might be using HiDock for specific tasks or projects rather than regular work.
