Choose the model that fits the meeting
Not every meeting needs the same kind of output. A quick standup may call for speed, while a longer strategy discussion may benefit from more depth, structure, and nuance.
HiNotes 3.0 now supports a wider range of frontier AI models, so you can choose the one that best fits the type of meeting you are capturing.
You can select your preferred model in Settings, or switch on a per-meeting basis depending on the complexity and length of the session. We recommend starting with GPT-5 mini or Gemini 3 Flash for daily standups and reserving GPT-5.4 or Claude Sonnet 4.6 for longer, high-stakes meetings. You can choose the one that best fits the type of meeting you are capturing and re-summarize anytime.
More templates for more specialized workflows
We are expanding our template library to serve more professional workflows and regional needs.
Japanese Meeting Minutes (議事録): A dedicated template designed for formal Japanese meeting documentation. It follows standard 議事録 formatting conventions, ensuring your notes meet professional expectations in Japanese-language business environments.
Select either template from the template picker when creating a new note, and HiNotes will structure the AI-generated output accordingly.
Improved Japanese Summaries
For our Japanese-speaking users, we have addressed a long-standing piece of feedback: English titles and headings were occasionally appearing in otherwise fully Japanese summaries. This has been fixed. Japanese summaries in HiNotes 3.0 are now fully localized, with consistent formatting and natural-sounding section headings throughout. The reading experience is seamless from start to finish.
