Return of the product also depends completely on the warranty of the product. We do not accept a random return of products unless there is a quality issue which we cannot solve. If you do return the products randomly, we will not offer any refund.
If you have a quality issue to report, you can write us an email at support@hidock.com, and we will suggest your solutions. If we feel that the issue needs to be checked by the tech team, we will inform you to return and we will offer you a replacement product. You can email us and we can provide you with the return shipping address of our warehouse based on your location.
1. Return Before The Order Is Delivered.
For refunds before the order is delivered, we support the same way to return, arrange the return time is 1-2 business days, and the return time is 2-3 business days.
If there have any problems with product use help, consultation on refunds and returns, and other help you need, please contact us at support@hidock.com and we will reply to you within 1 business day.
2. 7-Day Free-Reason Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, within 7 days from the date that you receive the package, you can apply for a full refund.
- Please tell us your order number in the email.
- Items need to be in good condition without any installation marks or signs of use.
- Items maintain the original quality and function.
- Items need to include all accessories and original packaging.
- Please send an email to support@hidock.com, and clearly address the issue with the pictures/video. The picture of the entire package is also required.
Note: For non-quality related returns, the return shipping cost will be covered by the buyer.

3. How Can | Process The Return & Refund?
Just refer to the steps below to process your return & refund.
- Email support@hidock.com about the detailed reason for returning. Also, please provide your order number and shipping address.
- We will get back to you within 24 hours to learn more details.
- Once the return & refund application is approved, just send the parcel back according to the guide of email.
- Once we receive the returned items and complete the inspection, we will start to refund you immediately.
4. When Will | Receive My Refund?
After receiving the returning parcel, we will take a few days to complete the inspection. The refund will be processed within 5 business days, and you will receive a notification email when it's stated. The actual time when you receive the refund depends on the processing speed of the bank.
5. Return Shipping Cost
a. For products with manufacturing defects: HiDock.com will be responsible for shipping fees (up to 10USD). Contact our customer service staff to begin the return process. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label via email. Print this label and use it to return the necessary items to HiDock.
b. Products with no manufacturing defects: You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returning product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If shipping items over $39, consider using a shipping service that provides tracking, or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, HiDock cannot guarantee items are successfully returned.
6. Important Notice:
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with original packaging. HiDock does not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
If you receive a damaged/defective product, please contact HiDock Customer Service within 24 hours of acquiring product.
Please double-check your returns before shipping. HiDock will not be held responsible for the return of non-HiDock products.
